Thomas M. Siebel, Chairman
Mr. Siebel is the founder and chairman of C3, an energy and emissions management company.
Mr. Siebel was the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Siebel Systems, one of the world's leading software companies, which merged with Oracle Corporation in January 2006. Founded in 1993, Siebel Systems rapidly became a global leader in application software. Before founding Siebel Systems, Mr. Siebel served as Chief Executive Officer of Gain Technology. From 1984 through 1990 he was an executive at Oracle Corp., where he held a number of senior management positions.

David Safir, Chief Investment Officer
As First Virtual Group's Chief Investment Officer, David Safir is responsible for the investment portfolios of all operating entities. These include the various trusts, corporations, partnerships, and foundations that comprise First Virtual Group. David joined First Virtual Group in 1999 from Hambrecht & Quist, where he designed strategic and tactical investment portfolios for over five years. Previously, he was a broker with Merrill Lynch for eight years following a career in broadcasting that spanned seventeen years.
Nitsa Zuppas, Executive Director, Siebel Foundation
As Executive Director of the Siebel Foundation, Nitsa Zuppas is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and its efforts in the areas of health advocacy, educational development, and community outreach. Nitsa joined the Foundation from Siebel Systems, where she held a number of positions in marketing and product marketing. Prior to joining Siebel, she held managerial and executive positions at Scopus Technologies, STG Marketing, The Washington Arts Foundation, and the Smithsonian.
Mark Mongiello, Director, First Virtual Properties
As Director of First Virtual Properties, Mark Mongiello oversees the acquisition and management of all investment real estate holdings. The diverse income property portfolio includes development, recreational, office, retail, mixed use, agricultural, and residential properties. Active in real estate investment for over two decades, Mark has taken First Virtual Properties into the international market since joining in 1999.
